Amy Pursell discovered the Rolf Method the way many practitioners do — through her own experience of it. After years of managing chronic tension and postural imbalances that no other modality seemed to fully address, a single session of Rolf Method Structural Integration changed her understanding of what her body was capable of. That experience set her on a path to becoming a certified practitioner herself.

Amy completed her training through the Guild for Structural Integration, earning her certification as a Rolf Method structural integration practitioner. Notably, she trained with teachers who learned directly from Dr. Ida P. Rolf herself — giving her work a direct lineage to the founder of the method. This rigorous certification equips practitioners with deep anatomical knowledge, hands-on skill, and the ability to work with a wide range of bodies and conditions.

Her approach is grounded and unhurried. Rather than applying a fixed protocol, Amy listens carefully — with her hands and her attention — to understand each client's unique structure, history, and goals. She works at a pace that allows the body to genuinely respond and integrate, rather than just react to pressure.

Based in Lafayette, Colorado, Amy serves clients from across the Boulder–Denver metro area.
